food love: asian noodles with mango and king prawns.

today me and my beloved one cooked a delicious meal composed of asian noodles with mango and king prawns and apples, nashi pears and dragonfruit afterwards ... :)

gosh it was sooooo delicious! very fruity and hot due to the sambal oelek. and the dragonfruit was great, too. i ate one several years ago and i liked it quite a lot!
so good memories when looking back ... our stomachs were happy, too!

receipt for king prawns mango noodle soup.

you'll need ...
200g asian egg noodles
250g king prawns
1 leek
1 mango
2 limes
1 tbsp. oil
150ml vegetable stock
50 ml soy sauce
1 tsp. sambal oelek
2 tsp. mango chutney
1 citron (juice)

what you'll have to do ...

1. step:
cook noodles firm to the bite & douse the king prawns in a sieve with warm water. clean the leek and cut them into pieces with a length of 1cm. peel the mango and cube it. warm up the oil in the wok, add king prawns, pour the vegetable stock on them, add noodles and leek, simmer for 5 mins. add soy sauce, juice of the citron, mango chutney and sambal oelek. simmer for another 10 mins.

2. step:
wash the limes, cut one of them into four pieces. fill in the soup into bowls. pour the juice of one lime upon each bowl. serve the soup with mango cubes and limes.

here's the receipt in german, too.

enjoy :)
