food love: filled puff pastries with spinach and feta cheese.


some days ago i made filled puff pastry triangulars with spinach and feta cheese for the very first time - and they were so delicious! 






... you simply need one package of frozen leaf spinach, one package of feta cheese, one onion, an egg, and a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder.

first the onion pieces need to get cooked until they are transparent, with a bit of sunflower or canolia oil. 
afterwards you can add all the other ingredients.
if you're ready, you can spice up your mix with the condiments listed up above.

then you take 2 packages of premade puff pastry, cut them into small or big squares, put a bit of your mix inside and knead the puff pastry into triangulars.
take another egg and brush it on your closed puff pastries.

then you can put them into the oven for about 20 minutes at a temperature of 160°C.

the puff pastries should now be ready.

enjoy! 







... i ate them for dinner with a bit of salmon and orange mustard.

  1. Maaann, sieht das lecker aus! Wird die Tage bestimmt mal nachgekocht. Ich bin ja einer der wenigen die Spinat liebt, aber habe das Gefühl der kommt immer mehr in Mode.

    Tolle Fotos auch wieder!

  6. Gibts auch Mandarin-Senf? ;-))
    Ich hab grad zufällig bei uns geschaut, was wir wohl noch so essen heute. Leider ist nicht so viel da und schon gar kein Feta und Spinat. Wir werden wohl mit dem Telefon kochen.
