some days ago i tried to make filled mushrooms with feta cheese for the very first time. and a good friend gave me the recipe for them and they are easy to make.
you simply need fresh champignons, from which you remove the stem and afterwards fill them with feta cheese until they are completely stuffed. then you put them into the oven - 10 minutes at 180°C.
they are simple and very delicious and definitely worth a try :)
