when i checked my blog today i saw this wonderful, amazingly wonderful number ... one thousand ... it my personal goal i have set for myself when starting to blog. i have dreamed about it and i hoped to reach it one day, not sure if i'll ever succeed. and now it has come true and i simply had to share it with you. one thousand followers via GFC. OMG i can't believe it. all the work has has paid off in the end. thanks for everyone who supported me on the way hitherto. thank you so much, all my dear readers. thanks for all the love you gift me with. Strangeness and Charms would be nothing without you - i love you! ♥♥♥
now let's come back to the the actual topic of this blog post.
when browsing through instagram several days ago to get some new inspiration i have found some terrifingly, overwhelmingly beautiful dresses with adorning ruffles and ornamental ebellishments in gold ... these dresses were so splendid i simply needed to know who has designed them. first i have thought, they were designed by domenico dolce and stefano gabbana because they very much reminded me of the D&G collection of fall/winter 2013 - the collection which i have already shown to you before and from which i have also bought a red lace dress which took a great part in my latest fashion shooting with alexander ricci in the castle garden of schwetzingen. i have so totally fallen for all the creations in the 2013 collection of D&G so that i simply had to fall for the creations which i want to show you in this post. the designers' name is krikor jabotian, who has already worked in elie saab's creative department as a fresh graduate of l’Ecole Superieure des Arts et techniques de la Mode in Beirut. krikor jabotian has already set up his own atelier at the age of 23 and established a nearly entirely family run business.
what do you think of this designer? how do you like his creations?
which would be your favourites?
