yay! tomorrow i'll go to the hairdresser - after 2 years of teetotalism! i'm a bit jazzed but happy! i need a change right now and i believe that THIS is the right way. i'd love to dye my hair in blue and black again, but my hair reacted allergic the last time i dyed it - so this won't be possible anymore ... :( 

but hey, there are other ways to change your hair. you'll see my new style the following days - stay tuned! ♥

outfit: let's fall so high.

outfit: this is what i look like when i'm ill.

yep i'm ill right now. tonsillitis :( ... inadvisable - really!

but the caption has another meaning! it simply was an unhappy coincidence that i'm really sick right now!
this was one of the outfits i took to korea last time we visited it. this must have been 2003. so many years ago. we stayed there for 6 weeks. after week 1 i got ill and really pale. my face was as white as never before. and you know that being or looking pale is one of the korean or maybe asian ideals of beauty! at this time i stayed in seoul with my mum. but a cousin of mine wanted to get to busan by car. so we said yes, but the car ride took more than 5 hours ... especially because we took time out every hour to eat something in motorway restaurants (not comparable to german ones, by the way!). and the first time we stopped at one of these, all the people gazed at me and i didn't know why. i pinned my hair up - not because i liked it (i loved my long hair), but because it was handy and i didn't sweat so much! and i wore that outfit and i was so skinny and pale, i didn't like myself. so i got uncomfortable because of all the people gazing at me and i asked my mum, why they are doing that? and she said: 'oh, because they think you're pretty! and you are, by the way.' must be that i completely fitted into the korean ideal of beauty this day. very funny, because i actually was so ill XD

my new bag from persunmall ♥

persunmall gifted with me with a wonderful bag. i received it some days ago!

... the bag is in the shape of a book, inscripted with russian letters (Война и миръ). translated it means 'war & piece'. it is the most famous work of leo tolstoy.
when i still went to school a classmate taught me how to write cyrillic script and also some russian words. and since i love books (and leo tolstoy !!!) and unique ideas, i had a crush on this bag at first sight ♥

... something different today! i never thought that i would ever wear 'hipster leggins'. something with galaxy or superman motives or something else. but these were the price i won in a lovelysally giveaway. i could choose one item from their shop and these leggins got my eye! i didn't think they would fit me. but i think they do, actually! what do you think? the chaak leggins are a little crazy, of course. and very colourful! and i feel quite well in them. a very nice variation from how i actually feel for the last few days. 

the photos were taken some days ago on my balcony - and it was frigging cold! i demand that you appreciate that! XD no, joke. just hope you like the photos. i would do anything for the perfect shot :) i also wouldn't mind a blizzard meanwhile. but i prefer sunny germany to the USA! what about you?

1000 faces of the sea.

now i feel like in the picture you see at the top of this post. dark. grey. white. i'm devastated and i must hold myself at fault for this - no one but me. and i want to die when i think about what i've lost in life - so often. but now, it matters for the very first time ... but when i think about the faces of the sea, this neverending watery story, this infinity, i'm able to revive my inner mental security, my faith in life - and love.
