all of these questions were stuff i already needed to hear when i stated that i have started to eat purely vegan. well.

the dish you can see in this post was my dinner some time ago.
it contains cucumber and tomatoes from the garden, steamed and absolutely delicious carrots and vegan burgers, spiced up with italian herbs. if you eat something colourful and yummy like that you won't miss meat anymore - i can promise you that!
