FOOD: the worlds best chocolate chip cookies!

haha no i'm not extremely arrogant or obsessed with my baking skills (well, just a little XD) but this was the title of the recipe i tried some days ago. and indeed, these chocolate chip cookies could really take it up with those giant cookies you can find in subway restaurants and they taste much much better than my favourite american chocolate chip cookies from the supermarket - but that's not only my reward, but especially from the phenomenal recipe which you can find here: click!

FOOD: mini flower cupcakes.

i love cupcakes! creamy, sugary, beautiful and so wickedly delicious! i made these cupcakes some time ago for a contest. i made a basic cupcake dough with a cream cheese and butter frosting and decorated it with sugar flowers. and that's what came to light. i really love their looks. thus with less hassle you can create beautiful cupcakes which look quite impressive. i bought those sugar flowers in the supermarket, but i really would love to do them myself ... and i would also love to make my own candied roses and violets - anyone ever tried that?
